該設(shè)備由手動和氣動分別實(shí)現(xiàn)閘門板(插板)作往復(fù)運(yùn)動，由行程開關(guān)控制電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動：閘門板由托輥支承，并采用錐形口進(jìn)料，閘門]板不會被物料卡死、漏料，啟開時(shí)也不致向外帶料，閘門板運(yùn)動自如，阻力小。
The device realizes the reciprocating motion of the gate plate(plug plate)by manual and pneumatic respectively,and the motor rotation is controlled by the travel switch;The gate plate is supported by the idler and fed by the conical inlet.The gate]plate will not be stuck or leaked by the materials,and will not be taken out when it is opened,The gate plate moves freely with small resistance.
